Surrendering

All to Jesus I surrender
All to him I freely give........hmmm

I wonder when you sing this song, do you think about this words as Christian or do you just sing? Lately the word has been jumping at me and have me thinking a lot about my walk with God.
God is my Saviour and  Lord and I can truly call him Lord of my life,decisions,desires.dreams etc, I have to take captive every thought and make them captive to Christ. It takes more than lip service to surrender my marriage,my sons future, my plans and my dreams to God and let him take control.

You know as women we like to be in charge and in control and want to be heard in our family at least if not in our society and it take a lot to let go of the control especially when we are not sure where the driver is taking us to. Trusting God is my security and I need to remain still and know that he is God.

So are YOU surrendered?
In the hustle and bustle of life you certainly need to throw the weight of life off and take up his light yoke and enter the warm embrace of our Lord and when next you sing you can really mean it

All to thee my Blessed Saviour, I Surender ALL

welcome to a new me

Welcome to my world and I will also say to a new ME.

This is my year of trying new things.....blogging(I have always wanted to write), I also started a new business, selling make up and perfurms. I also intend to build up my teaching ministry in church  and facilitate more health classes.
