I had a fair week and was able to walk 5k in less than 1hr consistently this past week and walked 7.5k in 1hr 26mins today.
Still working on my diet, fasted for 4days and then parties on friday, seminar today and another party tomorrow but I was able to watch my meals, not so clean but I controlled my portions.
I also danced and tried to walk around a lot rather than sitting still, I attempted skipping but ooh....... my Knees, so I am sticking to my outdoor walking/slow jogging for now.
My husband came back from a trip out of town on Wednesday and noticed a change, so did a friend who I have not seen in a couple of months.
My plans for this week is to continue with my exercises as I did last week, and as my husband has decided that he want to start a detox program on monday, I will join him for the 3 days of eating just fruits and vegs along with the fast of course( if I can cope).
